The intermediate setup includes a balanced mix of holds for varied training for climbers who have moved on from the beginner stage. 

With this hold selection, you will be able to train on a wide range of assembly combinations. This set will accompany and challenge you in terms of basic training as well as training for specific problems across many performance levels.

This set is just the right thing if you've been climbing for a few months but haven't made much progress lately and now want to overcome this plateau with targeted strength and technique training.
